Profiles of Success
As one of NAA®’s “Super Doers”, Kyle Winebrenner’s star is on the rise. Born in Wisconsin and growing up in Indiana and Arkansas, he attended college at The University of Central Arkansas. Finding his niche early on, Kyle worked as an insurance salesman and a shoe salesman before joining National Agents Alliance®. When asked, Kyle remembers the exact date he joined National Agents Alliance®: September 12, 2002. He was impressed with the leadership NAA® provided and set out to make his mark. As Kyle expanded his business, he also expanded his association with Andy, Barry and Philip. “The best part of working with National Agents Alliance® is the relationships I have with them. One of my goals is to do whatever [they] do.” Ever modest, Kyle attributes his success to “the great leadership of Andy, Barry and Philip.” He feels that their faith and guidance has helped him become a successful agency manager. “It was them believing in me and making me feel like I could walk on water.” Kyle considers National Agents Alliance® “the greatest opportunity bar none”. He is eager to help new agents achieve their own goals. He advises them to “listen to your manager, get on all those conference calls, and work your butt off. If you do that you cannot fail.” Following the National Agents Alliance® program has afforded Kyle luxuries he never before thought possible. Before, his long hours kept him away from quality family time. But now, “National Agents Alliance® has allowed me to spend time with my kids and it has allowed my wife the privilege of being able to stay home and be a full-time mom.” As parents of three, Hayley, 13, Hunter, 10, and Hayden, 5, Kyle and wife Beth are happy to be able to take frequent family vacations. They prefer going camping, visiting Florida theme parks, or sunning themselves on tropical islands. In addition to traveling, Kyle also enjoys spending time at home with his extended family, which includes Shitzus Tommy and Cookie and Pookie, the family cockatiel. The Winebrenners even have plans to build a new house. Kyle coaches his sons’ baseball teams and faces the challenges of raising a teenage daughter with a smile. Supporting his family, including his mother, has always been one of Kyle’s goals. A goal he has now met. But Kyle still has aspirations. “I want to keep doing what I am doing now, only getting bigger and better.” He plans to help National Agents Alliance® “change the insurance industry” and hopes to have complete financial security by age 45. And Kyle plans to help as many others as he can achieve the same goal. He also wants to expand his relationships with his National Agents Alliance® family. “I want to continue to learn and grow as a person and as a leader.” And his final and loftiest goal” “Keep enjoying life.” That shouldn’t be a problem for Kyle.
